理学学士、工学学士、管理学硕士、工学博士，卫生管理专业副研究员，高等学校信息管理与信息系统专业教师资格。作为主要完成人承担并完成过国家自然科学基金项目、水利部重点项目、大型横向合作项目、卫生行业专项的研究任务，在计算机模型、算法以及管理系统优化等方面有研究专长。目前主要从事卫生管理及血液资源安全方向的研究工作。近年来，以第一或通讯作者身份发表文章9篇，其中EI期刊文章4篇。
